Exercise for Older Adults - Parkinson, Osteoporosis, Stroke, Alzheimer, Arthritis

Physical activity is one of the first portions of daily life to suffer for those who experience these life altering diseases. Yet appropriate physical activity can have amazing positive effects on physical and emotional well-being.
If you or a loved one are dealing with any of these debilitating conditions you owe it to yourself to attend this session.University Hospitals Samaritan Medical Center’s Physical therapy assistant Cheryl Gray and Physical Therapist David Veley will present “Exercise for older adults, Parkinson’s, Osteoporosis, Stroke, Alzheimer’s, Arthritis” on Tuesday, May 26 at 6 PM.
Gray and Veley will teach you simple, home-based exercises as well as healthy lifestyle tips that are shown to slow the aging process.
Meet us at 6:00 pm in the UH Samaritan Rehabilitation Center, 2163 Claremont Avenue, Ashland.
