Anticoagulation Clinic

Patients on a blood thinning medication such as Coumadin will need routine blood work to check their INR, or International Normalized Ratio. A doctor’s order is necessary for treatment at the Anticoagulation Clinic, which is located on the first floor of Samaritan Hospital. Appointments for the clinic are available Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Medication adjustments will be made as needed based on the patient’s INR. Call 419-207-2559 for more information.
