In addition, your insurance carrier may request more information from you regarding hospital services. Please respond in a timely manner to assure your claim payment will not be delayed.
Your insurance plan will pay claims based on your policy, taking into account deductibles and co-insurance amounts due. Please keep in mind that some policies may not cover all services, or provide limited coverage. These, and other questions regarding your policy, should be directed to your insurance carrier.
